Ok I'm having a very hard time setting up my reef keeper elite through my computer and ice called multiple times and no one even answers the phone, not even the sale number. I'm getting really frustrated! Please help!

Just do it through the panel. It is fairly easy. One thing I didn't realize is to make sure you hit "enter" and "save" after changing something.

I guess u can't hook up a itemp probe to the elite. But you can the lite which I would think you would make it compatible to both. But either way my lite when turned on the controller doesn't show anything now...just a blank screen with what looks like pixel bats across it.
