I have to say I'm really disappointed with Digital Aquatics. I purchased the reefkeeper lite a little over a week ago, Keep in mind I only bought it because of the reviews of how great their customer service is, and had issues from day one. one being that my computer running windows 10 was not compatible with myreef 2.0 that clearly states Windows 10 compatible verse on the (DA) web site. Second I hooked my BRS dosing pumps up to it and set the timers. great right? not exactly the pumps worked when the timers decided to set them off. contacted (DA) via email considering that's the only way to do so. took them three days to get back to me. which at the time I was ok with because they gave me a fix to my problem right. tried what they told me to do to no avail. then changed the clock Sunday with the time change and really messed up the dosing schedule. Emailed them again on Sunday night. letting them know what was going on thinking maybe it just needs an update, and they responded today with if what they told me to do did not work then it would not work. As far as updates go they would no longer be doing firmware updates on these units, and if I was not happy with that just return it. WOW really. I contacted BRS and being the great company that they are they told me to send it back along with DA'S email they sent me. So long story short I'm buying the APEX . IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING THE REEFKEEPER DONT

Thanks for the heads up

You'll love the Apex :)
