Digital Weight Scale for powdered meds (need recommendation)

I'm using Ick Shield (Chloroquine Phosphate) to medicate a Dogface Puffer for velvet in a Quarantine tank. I want to perform a 10gl water change. I need to add 0.3g of meds to the new water.

Q: What Digital Weight Scale are others using that is accurate in measuring milligrams?

P.S. The instructions note that the scoop (when full) holds 0.6g. I could eyeball a half scoop, but I would prefer to treat the correct amount. Also, I would rather do frequent 4gl water changes; the suggested med weight is 0.12g.
