Digitate Hydroids... just starting to show themselves

Hey everyone. I got a piece of live rock from the LFS to seed my dry rock. The tank is 75 gal and only running for 2 months or so. No corals; but I plan to add them. I get mixed messages from whatever I find on these hydroids online. They look exactly like the photo here just REALLY small... like a half inch overall length. Do I play it safe and remove the rock? Or do like others say and wait and see if they go away on their own? I wish I could get a clear pic but I have tried. They're too small

Just found two other threads on here about them... looks like I do have some options but since my tank is new I think I'll just monitor them. [emoji368]

I would suggest to remove it before it gets out of hand , it really can be a pain in the butt.

I know I had just posted that I was going to leave it but I think you're right the more I look at that rock I don't like it anyway LOL

Plus there's a lot more than I thought starting to come out of many different holes All Around The Rock
