These little things are all over my tank. Honesty on every piece of rock work, and in between my zoas, heavily bothering them. Anything I can do? My tank is filled with them and filled with corals so taking out rock is a no go.

Hydroids, but honestly I know only nudibranch which eat them and some worm. I don't remember the name of them, but probably you can google it. Usually you can't take them off w/o they recover and infestate the tank again
No idea, and the problem is I'm not sure which exactly it eat, because some aren't that easy.

I found tidbits of information around the forums about cherub angels eating hydroids. One of my prop tanks had them pretty severely, to the point that they were irritating a few corals. I picked a tiny one up from DD a few months back and am happy to report it appears to have done the job...
