Dinner wine: Strawberry or Red?

Well, I suppose Strawberry Wine would be Red Wine by default...

Please no frag-begsies! As you can see, I only have a few polyps and it's a long ways to get to 30 before I start fragging!

But I took a shot of Strawberry Wines next to Red Wines (aka Ruby Red) that I thought was kinda cool and wanted to share:

Intersting you just posted this Jeremy. I was just talking about these minutes before i saw this thread

check these out......ive had them a while but they have kind of been in not much light out of view....ignore the green mouthed things...and look at the straight up purps in the center. There are like 6 or 8 of them mixed throughout this colony of green mouth things

Strawberry wine?? Or a third sweetness in between?? purple wine

Ill take some better pics so we can look at them better.

I think the strawberry wines have a lot in common with the blood wines: http://www.coralpedia.com/index.php?module=Gallery2&g2_itemId=274 although I don't know if anyone has any blood wines to compare the two.

fly guy: wow, nice! I see what you mean. It looks promising! I think those future pics will help.

ecotoxlady: I'm sad to say they are much different. I see what you mean based on pictures. But I was fortunate to own the Blood Wine twice, and lost them twice. In person, they are more of a maroon, near purple. Closer to the color of Red Wine when you have some 'dark' Red Wines except a solid color vs. splotchy like Red Wines. The guy I got them from is no longer in the hobby and lost his prior to me loosing mine. Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone who has them anymore.

I have a standing offer though, if anyone has the Blood Wines, I'll trade ya whatever you want for them. Name the piece!
