It looks like you have worms, not dinos, so be thankful.
I've been battling dinos for two months now. I've been doing the Dr. Tim's regimine. I've been doing it without the Refresh, which he said to pass on, due to concerns about my snails and crabs.
So black-out for 3 days, then Refresh, etc. The first time it almost eliminated them, i though they were gone. But if I left my lights on for more than an hour or two, I started to see them come back
Then I did the black-out and Refresh regime again, this time four days blackout, followed by the Refresh treatment. The tank looked great. Now they're coming back again.
I'm going to try Dino-X next, this sucks.

Thanks for your reply. I think you are right. I haven’t seen any other signs of Dino. When I had it before I used DinoX and it worked good for me. Good luck with your tank. I wish you success.
