Soòooo, I'm a newbie to the hobby approx 8 months in. All going amazingly well ..... corals, fish all loving life. 0 nitrates 0 phosphates....... then I start getting a brown algae.... big water changes more tests still nitrate/phosphate 0. Went to 6 different fish stores all tried selling me more clean up crew, fighting conches, snails, crabs I had them All. They seemed to avoid the algae soòooo more water changes still brown algae.
This going on for 4 months corals looking Abit rough, fish not as active (although no deaths) then I read about dino bacteria..... tried blackouts tried adjusted p.h tried growing different types of algae to out compete the dinos.... All useless........ then as a last resort bought DINO X....... absolute amazing product saved my hobby!!!!!
