Well I’ve increased my feeding. Turned off my protein skimmer. Totally stopped bio pellets reactor. After 5 days my nitrate is finally at 2 phosphate is at 1. I have algae on the rocks and glass. I still have Dino in spots. Should I start doseing nitrate and phosphate. My livestock is still alive and acting normal. Haven’t lost any of my cleanup crew. Starting to get discouraged.

Don’t get discouraged yet! You’re just starting!
I battled this for about 2 months before I finally found a combo that worked:
I raised nitrates and phosphates to 5 and 0.3-0.5. I did end up getting hair algae after but pulling out tiny chucks every so often is better than dealing with dinos imo.
I also installed a uv filter and ran it 24/7 for almost a month (a good 2 weeks after not seeing anymore in the tank. You have to get the dinos waterborne though so blow off as much as you can from the sand and rock and make sure you have enough turnover so it makes it to that filter.
This worked for me in about a month total time. Haven’t seen a single one yet and I tried everything else before this 2 prong solution.
Good luck!

I've been battling dinos for about a year and finally had one type (small cell amphidinium) in check and then the ostreopsis dinos have been multiplying. I'm setting up a UV sterilizer this weekend since UV works well to resolve ostreopsis. Do you know what type of dino you have? knowing the type really helps to determine how to fight them.
