Wanted to as on your opinion on what kind of algae is this?

Before that short story:
1 year old stable tank had 0 nitrates and 0.03 po4, all parameters stable, changed my sand bed and added about 30lbs of dry rock which were in a ro/di water for a month to leech po4.

a while a go cyano started to show up, and got rid of it about 2 weeks ago using chemiclean.

after increased my nitrates to 4ppm using NaNo3, lps corals loved it and seems that sps aswell.

so now i have some brown algae for about two weeks - they do not disappear at night and they do not have snot or bubbles.

So could it be that:
1- the new sand and dry rock is leeching silica and i am having a diatom bloom?
2- i am having brown cyano?
3- dinos?

Would appreciate any ideas what am i dealing with and how to deal with them?
and po4 now is 0.04 and nitrates at 3ppm

Those are diatoms
Probably from the new cycle for your recent addiction
Anyway control the presence of silicates from your ro/ di water
