Dino eating worm??

So...I was checking my Dino/diatom ratio this morning....It's getting better. But as I was viewing under the microscope, I saw some sort of worm...that looked like it had Dinos inside it....ie....the Dinos moved with the worm. I couldn't get my iPhone video set up fast enough to get a picture of that worm. The worm had about 3 Dinos inside, and was a tad bit

smaller than the one I caught in the attached video and picture. Is there such a thing? If so....how do I encourage these worms to reproduce?

May be detritus worms. Step up maintenance and siphon these out
 
They are microscopic....How would I siphon them out? I do "vacuum" my sand bed - Are the worms bad?
No , just a nuisance when left to multiply. Takes multiple siphoning but you win
