Dino, GHA, uglies, something else?

Need some help! I’ve got a 13.5 gallon that’s been up and running for a few months. I upgraded to the AI Blade (Grow) and also added a wave maker. Recently there’s been some new algae growth on my LR closest to the light and in the highest flow. Sand bed is clean. It looks like hair algae with bubbles throughout. Thoughts? I’ve toned down the light intensity recently to try and assist. Tank has 2 clowns, 3 nas snails, 1 turbo, 1 emerald, 1 red hermit and 1 conch.

Why did you add that light is my question. I only see two corals that maybe need 100 par. And the tank is only a few months old. You probably should have let the rocks cure for a while with lights off.

Hard ti tell what you have unless you have a microscope. What are your parameters?

The images under the microscope didn’t upload for some reason. I added the light for corals I planned on getting in the near future along with the ability to have a schedule.
I’ll post parameters here shortly, have them written down at home.

I mean if he’s got the right length for the tank. There’s no reason he can’t have the blade on that tank. There’s corals in there so I don’t think that he’s gone astray by upgrading his lighting.

Yet another reason why ocean rock is superior in my worthless opinion. Letting tanks sit without light for multiple months just to not have a massive algae outbreak. Only to then……have algae outbreaks once you finally do turn the lights on lol. That’s crazy to me. Maybe I’m just weird.

I see GHA and uglies. lower the white intensity and add a few more cleaners below. Assure your phosphate is not elevated.
Are you using RODI water or tap water from faucet?

3 cerith
2 nerite

6 caribbean blue leg hermits

1 pencil urchin

RODI from lfs. I’ve lowered the intensity a lot lately, I think the high intensity started this all (my fault). Plan on going to my lfs tomorrow, I’ve got one rock (long stem) across the top of the tank (as pictured above) that none of my cuc has touched. The nitrogen bubbles is what worried me about dino

When you get home- test the phosphates on the purchased water to assure its not the water high or elevated in phosphates. Sometimes this happens and the LFS is not even aware.
The nassarius are sand dwellers mainly leaving the turbo as only current worker snail
