Do as little as possible. :-)
Conservative interventions. Suck out anything brown enough to bother you. Run GAC. Make sure PO4 is not in depletion territory.
If you notice stringiness or populations higher in the tank, then re-evaluate and start running UV or filter floss to remove cells going into the water.
You can also read threads for ideas of what others are doing vs this type.

Any idea what is the “egg look alike” that the Dino gathering around?

I have these nasty buggers in my classroom reef. Interestingly enough, the nitrates are at 40 and the phosphates .26. The fact that they are single celled Protists yet clump together forming stringy masses is crazy to me. I have been siphoning them out and added some chaeto and a UV to my sump. I am also dosing bacteria. The word is patience I guess. Keep up with the attack and wait them out.

can't tell. could be a sand grain, a fecal pellet of a larger organism, or just a random bit of detritus.
