Count yourself lucky, a few days of UV will clear it up quick.
Anything else I should be doing? Been raising PO4/NO3, dosing phyto and MB7, and running UV. Will siphoning into a sock benefit at all just to help clear some of these strands from the water column? I may have undersized my UV unfortunately, as I’ve been running it for a while now and hasn’t put a dent in these.

Whats the flow rate you put thru the UV and what watt/gallon of tank? They are only effective at a specific range of flow rate. If your light gave you a chart, make sure you go with the "parasite" flow rate, not the "algae" rate

Also I feel like the mb7/phyto is counter synergy with UV bc the UV would likely sterilize them too.

When I did it, I used only UV (a properly sized one). If you think about it, raising NP/mb7/phyto are all in the "increase competition/diversity" method of treating, which is completely opposite of the UVs "sterilize everythibg" method.

Also, if your UV has been running for a while, its a good idea to take it apart and clean the lense/light according to the product's maintenance instructions. Mine is those ones that let water flow thru a tube with a light in it, and the quartz clear shell gets buildup very quickly and reduce the effectiveness so I clean it out every time before I need to treat for dinos (I don't run it all the time bc I like my biodiversity. The build up turns the lense cover opaque after a month or so anyway...)

Understand what you’re saying… I have a Sicce 3.0 pumping wide open with a 3-4 elbows of piping, but don’t have a flow meter to know the exact GPH. Definitely within the min-max rating, probably on the higher side… wonder if I need to slow it down? Thanks for your help so far

I have the same thing but on a 30G, I also plumbed to my cheap 400Gph Chinese return pump. I'm guessing I probably get 200gph out of it.

Something else to try to help manually remove if you have the time - during the when your lights are on - turn off your flow, blow them out of ur rocks but let the "snot" to kind of float. Since the flow is off they would slowly raise to surface. They also seem to like to group up with flow is off, so after 10 15 minutes you'll see more strands of boogers floating up. Take a fine mesh and scope them out. Repeat this a few times because more snot will form with the flow off. I did this for a couple of hours on a weekend to help manually reduce their population.

The UV I also only used at night because they are more in the water column (I don't see the harm if you run it full day tho)
