Dino ID pls

Hello

Looking for help in dinos identification - see pics and video.
My guess that stringy things are Cyanobacteria. Am I right?

I dont' think I have ever seen this in any dinos ID threads... What the heck is this?

Here is little video in action (they look like two different kind to me - two on the left vs one which is swimming)

I am guessing it is Amphibinum, at least the one swimming in the video...
Any opinions?
