Dino id (sorry)

Hi,
I would like someone to help me identify these dino's so I can try and work out if / how to treat.
They are on the sand with limited snot or bubbles - but they do migrate at night (whether that is into the water or sand I'm less sure about). Coolia was my thought from the identification pdf but I really don't know. They stink and love to spin on the spot. I'm also surprised they are so big judging from the flea thing in the video but maybe that is just how big dinos are?

@taricha will like these videos. Flagellum is clearly visible and there might be a rim running round the mid section.

Tank is 7 years or 2 months old depending on your definition. In short, life got crazy, paras got out of whack and a heavy dose of “old tank syndrome” set in. Rock and sand were replaced 2 months ago (ex the odd bits of rock chiselled with coral on it) but water, sump and refugium stayed the same. That worked from an ammonia perspective - detectable for a few days but never truely spiked. Amphipods have also visibly migrated to the display. Fully expected an ugly phase on new rock but had thought that would be diatoms, cyno or gha. Haven’t had a dino bloom before and no new stock added, so must have been present somewhere in small numbers and got to colonising first. All in all, pretty clear how I got here. I can now confirm nothing good happens fast..

the flea thing is a small ciliate. And these dinos are bigger than those ciliates. Other ciliates can be huge and actually ingest these dinos. But yes, dinos are on the large size for microalgae so there aren't that many things that would eat them.
