I'd like to see if I can get an ID on what I believe are Dinos.
They do not appear like the typical Dinos I've seen in other pictures so I busted out the old 1950s hobby microscope and took some crappy phone pictures. All of the microscope pics are at 300X as the other lenses were just too dirty (old and has some patina I couldn't clean off).
Here is a picture of the slime/dinos in question. When I took some corals from the main tank pictured below and placed them into my QT, brown strands with bubbles on the ends grew quickly (a more typical form of dinos) but were gone the next day. This brown slime seems to enjoy medium-high light and will not grow in my algae turf scrubber or sump using red and hyper violet LED lights.
