Looking for help with an ID. Sorry for the poor quality. Any help is appreciated.

This is what it looks like in my tank. I've been vacuuming it off about twice a week, but it comes right back really quickly.

Thanks for the help. Do either of these need to be addressed? Is this what is causing the film and bubbles? I am continuing to vacuum it out and have been running a UV on the tank.

I wouldn't do anything more aggressive than siphon the cyano out. cyano does produce bubbly films

No evidence of “spirals”. The filaments look like cyanobacteria, but not a Spirulina species. The appearance of the filament tip is rather ”pointy”. Usually they are more blunt and rounded like cigar.
