Does anyone think these small bubbles are normal, or could they be Dinos? I kinda thought Dinos would have long, nastier looking strings attached to the bubbles.

If Dinos, would it be advisable to monitor and see if they clear out on their own before having to take drastic measures (buy an UV sterilizer, 5 day blackouts, etc..)? The small bubbles are only on one small section of the upper most layer of rock.

NO3: 0.75ppm
PO4: 0.06ppm
2 yr old tank
