Dino Identification?

I was curious if I could help getting this identified. I had recently bought a good amount of dry rock to add to my tank and I am not too sure if its dinos or diatoms or something else. But it is only growing on the new rock that I had recently added. Any thoughts thanks in advance.

Looks like regular progression of the rock to me
