Dino turning green

would you just leave the sand green or hover it? green is taking over the sand where Dino is but I don’t want to clean it and then they come back into that spot.
or just keep taking samples to see if there still in the areas
 
It’s defo dino been taken over by algae it must be just dieing off,just taken another sample and there still in with the green algae

All of these thing, cyano, dinos, even diatoms, are best treated with some manual intervention. When I had dinos, I did manual removal / blowing with a turkey baster every night, combined with UV, it was gone in a couple of weeks.

Cyano, for instance, is multiplying due to nutrients, if you remove it, it has to burn more nutrients to return. So always clean up, always remove.
