Dino vs Diatoms vs Cyano ? (micro pics)

Brown rusty powdery algae, heavy growth on main tank glass and all over the reverse lit sump. Some gas bubble on it. Doesn't form filaments. To the naked eye doesn't look like cyano or dinoflagellates. If it is diatoms it is a lot more and thicker I have ever seen. Does not recedes with the lights off.

Took out the microscope and here is what I saw:

What is it? Dino, cyano, diatom or something else?
