dino x and refugiums/chaeto

ok.. simple question. does dino x affect chaeto? should i be running fuge on reverse photo period as normal durung treatment.

more details did 50% water change then first treatment last night. turns out i doing another 50% bc at first i misdiagnosed the dino as cyanno and treated with chemiclean. after microscope turned out i indeed have dino. So there even after 50% change skimmer was still overflowing within a minute so doing another 50% water change hopefully that will remove the chemiclean from the water to a point wjere my skimmer can be used again.

Yes it does affect your Chaeto, and your fuge should be removed from the system. Please make sure you read the How to Use before starting dosing.

Is it ok to leave the fuge light on for 12 hours or should that be shortened as well?

Yes also for the sump use the same light schedule as the maintank
