Anybody had luck using Dino x to defeat green turf algae, I’ve had some for a while and I’m getting sick of it.

I recommend either Liquid vibrant of fluconasal (flux) and reduce white lights when doing this
-Are you using RODI water or Tap water from the faucet?
-Also what is current Phosphate and nitrate readings.
-Is tank at or near a window?

I only use RODI, and I have vibrant but it’s a few years old, does that stuff go bad? And I’m gonna be honest (I know what people are gonna say lol) but I haven’t tested phosphate but I’m assuming it’s quite high. I know I need to get phosphate kits....

Phos- For now, you can add a pouch of ChemiPure elite which will lower PO4 and keep it in check OR take a water sample to a trusted LFS and have them test for you.
FYI- most ALL test lits are on sale right now for Black Friday.

So are you recommending to not using vibrant for now?
