Hi I've noticed something under my microscope and not to sure if its dinoflagellates or not. I'll put a video up sorry the microscope isnt very powerful.

Not seeing any video.
Do they mostly disappear when lights go off and return when lights come on, if so, that mostly is Dinos.
Combination of reduced whites, direct syphon out, and some Dino-X can eradicate this pest algae.
Be sure your nutrients have no bottomed out, if so, correct that first.

The video should be up now. I had dinos before and dealt with it without chemical intervention and hopefully I can succeed with that approach again.
Nitrate is at 10ppm
Phos st 0.1ppm
It's only on the sand bed not seeing anything on rockwork or corals and from what I've seen under a microscope it's hard to tell if I'm catching it very early or its something else.

If it’s Dinos, it can be very persistent.
Some say you can beat them several ways, tried them, nope.
For me, I spent 6 months without the use of Dino-X and slowly, when I thought I’d won, they would just come back.
6 treatments, gone.
Increasing heat, lowering silicates, manual removal, UV, bubble scrubbing….nope….always came back, sometimes months after.
I’m Ok with using anything that solves the problem but completely understand the fear of using them.

I had cyano and Dino’s then let cyano overgrow the Dino’s. Then once that outcompeted I got rid of all the cyano easily with chemi clean!
