I've been battling the dinos for 2 months and I'm about 70% through the battle. I stopped water changes as advised but how long should I go without changing the water? Its been almost 3 months without a water change.

Magnesium, alk, calc are all spot on and nitrate and phosphate are elevated but in control. I'm running carbon and changing regularly.

Should I do a water change or wait until the dino is beaten?

Thanks

Curious to know too. I managed to beat dinos but without water changes and a reefbot that was giving me the wrong results, my nitrates ended up over 100ppm. So I did a series of large water changes everyday for a week to get them back to 10ppm. And no surprise, dinos came back. Thankfully they seem to be receding again but now I'm afraid of doing a water change. My phosphates are around 0.3ppm too.

there’s a polar opposite end of spectrum. 100% water change, and bed rinse, after dinos.
