Dinoflagellates?

Does this look like the start of dinos? Tank is a little over 2 months old, I have 2 clowns and a firefish. On Friday I added a coral beauty, 4 necarius snails, 1 conch and 2 blue legged hermit crabs. Over the past 2 weeks a have noticed small brown patches on my glass and sand bed but this morning the rock is polka dotted in brown spots but this one particular spot has bubbles. No3 is at 10ppm. I don't have a pH4 tester so I'm not sure where those numbers are. If this is dinos what do I do?

No. It looks like normal diatoms
