Dinos have basially overtaken my tank and covering corals killing them , i have read people in the past , have used bleach of 8.25 percent sodium hypochlorite , i have heard bleach that has 8.25 percent now has some addictives which i am so unsure of , has anyone used bleach recently to fight dinos any advice is welcomed thanks

Dude, Dino X works great for most strains. And I would trust it way more then I would bleach. You also might want to try and identify your strain because there are so many and not all of them react the same way.

Good uv and most likely raise no3 and po4 in my experience. I had them in my 75 gallon from keeping my no3 and po4 basically non existent. It's a horrible battle. Good luck!

Before any chemical usage, what lighting are you using and at how many hours per day? Is the tank at or near a window?
Also- are you able to blast away with a turkey baster? If so, I would add a power head and increase the current in tank which will diminish adhesion of dino on your sand bed, corals, etc.
Trochus, margarita and astrea snails do aid in getting rid of dinoflagellates also

t5 lights , ati , pretty sure 4 of them bulbs are finished with 2 new acititne bulbs , totoal of 6 bulbs, with 12 - 9 , 9 hours lights not near window , i can turkey baste them away but they reform pretty quick. , i notice they killed 4 of my nasus snails too, which makes me suspect its the osetro . i tried hydrogen perioxide before with no effect. sand is pretty much covered with them and so is rock work, i only have 1 damsel !, i been feeding daily in hopes to bring up phos and nitrates . pretty much seeking to do bleach method , the only things i care for in the thank are 10 jaw breakers .
