Dinos, Cyano or Calothrix

Here is a pic of my back wall and a video of the hairs I have.

I thought it was dinos at first, I got a UV sterilizer but it is getting worse and there are thousands of bubbles on the back wall. I tried the microscope thing but didn’t know what I was looking for.

What does everyone think?
