Dinos, Cyano, or Diatoms ID

Looking for a positive ID off the pictures. It started as a white fuzz that grew all over the rocks. It has air bubbles. I did a 3-day blackout and it definitely reduced it a lot. I also started dosing NeoPhos and NeoNitro to bring my levels up. I have been able to get 1ppm Nitrate after dosing, but it goes away within 24 hrs. The phosphate has never been detectable, it goes away within a couple hours after dosing. After dosing it has turned from white to dark brown. Everytime I look under the microscope nothing is moving so I have had a hard time figuring out what it is. Based on the pics there looks to be a little bit of everything.

Using 7 stage BRS RODI, just changed all the filters and membrane incase it is diatoms.
Can't grow chaeto at all, tried about 5 times

2 Neptune Wavs @10-60% throughout the day

It's hard to tell from the microscope, will need to be zoomed in more. Attached is a good reference for assistance.

I'm leaning toward dinos since your NO3/PO4 is zero'd out and you're having difficulty growing chaeto.

For a more natural route, you can dirty up the water (powdered coral food is the easiest), syphon/manually remove, and run UV 24/7.

There are other means of removal - the chemical route. I can't recommend a choice of chemicals because I have not had experience with any of them.

Early stage dino easiest to beat
Prepare for a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles.
Turn lights off for 5 days and st night dose 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights
During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights and work your white lights up slowly
