Dinos how to kill them?

I am sure I have Dino's and what I am doing so far from what I read.

I turned off lights for 3 days and for sure a lot better but still some brown which kind of says that is almost guaranteed I have dinos. that true?

Don't do water changes instead siphon what you can and use filter socks and replace water back. Haven't done this yet..

I heard if you put rock in freshwater bath it will kill Dinos asap but only do a few every couple of days. I did only one so far.

I am also just started vinegar dosing, will this help?

How old is your tank? Tested parameters? Light cycle/type?

I increased nutrients from near zero to no3 10ppm and po4 .1ppm. Also added UV Sterilizer to the system and dosed various bacterial additives like Dr. Tim's Waste away and Ecobalance. Dinos were gone in less than a week and haven't seen them in over 2 months

I think a meteor killed them off. Some say a combo of a meteor and volcanos ...... you did mean dinosaurs right LOL. Sorry had to do it.

Basically what I've been attempting to do, minus the UV. Still have some but less than before. Finally getting some green film algae to grow.
