Dinos Id Help

Here are some pictures. Tank is going through an ugly phase after cycle but Nitrate/phosphate have been very low and want to catch this early if it’s dinos. Never had them before. Always ways to feel like a noob in this hobbie. Thanks all!

Just tested phosphates, Hanna ULR: .1
I figure it’s not Dinos then? Dinos is from bottomed out nutrients right? Do diatoms hair out like that? Maybe it’s a dark algae?
