My Nitrates and phosphates are very low. This comes out during lightning period. I've sucked it out, tried uv sterilizer for 3 days with minimal light. I'm thinking Amphidinium

Looks like amphi.
Siphon up well, reduce white lights and dose 1.5ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons at night for 7 nights
