Dinos in two month old tank

Hey, I don’t have any photos currently but I was wondering is it normal to get a little bit of dinos on the sand in a new tank?
Not sure exactly if that’s what it is, it’s not fully taking over it’s just in a light patches on the sand. Few bits of string come up in some spots.
Tank is 2 months old

nitrate 20
Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
Phosphate 0.25 gotta get that down.
salinity 1.026

Lots of algae produces photosynthetic bubbles and everyone screams Dino. It’s possible, but with nutrients that high it’s doubtful. You are gonna get all kinds of ugly. Just stay stable and manually remove what you can and ride it out.

Lights are out and it’s gone, sand softer star also rolled over it. I’ll post one tomorrow if it comes back.

Not to much is bubbles just some stringy bits.
