Dinos or cyano?

I have had both before, I am leaning cyano cause of the fact it is only in low flow areas (under the powerhead) and the rest of the sand etc is clean. The only thing throwing me off are the stringyness and a few bubbles seen in the stuff. Any thoughts?

I’m leaning towards dinos. I thought cyano usually went red and velvety looking.

Cyano will give bubbles as well. But, I'm leaning toward dinos in those pics.
