Just wanted help to I'd the problem 3 month old tank 0 phosphate 0 nitratejust cleaned Sand yesterday

Based on the pictures and water parameters, best guess is dinos. You can coffee filter/scope them to be sure. I would also be wary of having 0 phosphate and nitrate, unless that is testing error, or poor resolution of your particular test kit. In a new tank with minimal life, you're inviting dinos (assuming those values are true).
 
 
A 3 month old Tank is suppose to have an Ugly Stage. Perfectly normal.
Expect more Ugly stages to come.
Lots of Ugly comes before beauty begins. Like Coraline covered rocks.
It's part of the Aging cycle as your tank establishes BioDiversity, and bio-balance.

No harm in investigating, but no need to overeact.
Let it age, and enjoy the journey.
