Newer tank, phosphates and nitrates did sit at 0 for a little while cycling

Nitrates are now at 5ppm
Phosphates are at 0.17

I’d wait and see honestly hard to tell. Good thing is diatoms will hopefully go away but dinos will stay for awhile and attach to corals. If I had to guess id go with diatoms atm

Thanks. No corals in the tank yet, but it's growing on the rocks.

It’s looks like diatoms which is good and I think as long as your tank kinda sets in and cycles and stabilizes it will find it’s balance. Directly after cycling diatoms are normal and expected. I get algae blooms when I add a new fish it’s almost part of the hobby I suppose. You could always add a little MB7 microbacter-7 or Dr.Tim’s if you’re feeling anxious :)

I think I'll wait it out, probably best not to make any changes. I did add 2 fish so the bioload went up a little. 2 1" clowns.
Yeah I’m guessing diatoms and nothing to be super concerned about then :) hopefully they decrease with time. Less is more.

Call it "new tank uglies" and don't worry too much about it. Go with the good advice already given to ride it out and not think about it too much. suck out any parts that get too thick and ugly.
