Dinos or diatoms?

I have a ton of this all over my tank. I need some help IDing this to properly handle it.

Maybe green hair algae and diatoms? Not so sure tho

If you see bubbles on the ends, dinos, if you don't likely diatoms. Though I'd be surprised if you don't see both at some point. I believe dinos are best handled by doing nothing, but others may disagree.
