Dinos or hair algae?

Hi all,

I need help identifying if this is dinos or hair algae. It looks like it was introduced into the tank on this snail which has some brown hairy algae growing on it. And its now growing on my rock. I do have some patches of hair algae growing in other parts of the tank, but its much more patchy and long than what is on the rock.

I have a video of the algae on my rock but can't figure out how to upload (if you can even do that)

A should also add that at the end of the day some of these hairs will start bubbling. It isn't excessive bubbling but definitely bubbles toward the tips on some of the strands. Not sure if that is normal for hair algae
