The bubble patch I haven't cleaned since startup 8 weeks ago . It's a new tank!

I have gha on the rocks but it's dieing at the same time, thanks to nopox probably (also hazy water at the moment). But what's on the glass?

Looks like flagellates and Lyngbya- Not dino but flaggelates produce their own bubbles while the lyngbya which is on the glass can entrap bubbles. Best recourse is to wipe clean with an algae sponge or ORIGINAL, not scented magic eraser. Siphon up matter and net the rest, add cleaners such as Astrea and Nerite snails, Cerith snails, Chiton snails if you can find some and several carribean Blue leg hermits

Okay ,
added a cerith cleaner pack a few days ago,. Will add some nerites and astreas too for variety.
