Recently added lights to the tank, now seeing the uglies kicking in…

These hair like algae growths with bubbles at the top are dinos, right?

If so does anything eat them?

If manual removal - any tips?

Tank parameters:
Nitrates: 40
Phosphates: 0.5 ish
Salinity: 1.026
Lighting: Heavy on the blues, minimal red or green.

Doubt it with those nitrates. Post pics that would help alot more .

Not super zoomed in, but you can see the little threads with bubbles around the rocks.
