Dinos?

I think that my tank has dinos? I dont have any pictures right now. Its not really thick, only on the tops of my rocks (where I get the most light) and it looks a lot like diatoms but when my lights are on I see very tiny bubbles coming from it. My tank is about 3 months old. No3 at 12, Po4 at 0.1

Any help would be great

Ok thanks, now im thinking that it is diatoms because my snails are eating it. I didnt realize that diatoms released O2 bubbles.
