This is the best I can get with my current scope. Sufficient to ID?

I don't see any tails but again it's quite possible that this is the case given your magnification. Are you seeing any bubbles at the top of long strands?

No bubbles at the end of strands, but there are strands. Some bubbles do occur below the algae "mat" covering rock surfaces. The concentration of the ugly is in the sump. I have a purple tang that feasts on these strands in the display. No coral in this system.

Little more information that may be helpful:
The display is cloudy and has been since signs of the suspected dino occurrence. I first noticed this bloom/coverage a couple days after adding chaeto, phyto, and pods (this all happened at the same time, unfortunately). I initially thought the bloom was phyto. The tank was clear of any problems before those additions.

There is noticeable movement under microscope of the creatures shown in the picture above.

Until this morning, I hadn't measured P04 since March-26 -- then it was 0.08ppm (26 ULR Hanna). There were no dinos during this period.

This morning I measured 25 ppm Nitrate (Nyos) & 0 P04 (Hanna ULR).

I dosed 1.3ml of NeoPhos and tested 3 hours later -- still 0. I then added another 2ml and have not tested again (3 hours ago). Total water volume is estimate to be approximately 90g.

Without light, it will almost recede completely. Is is in all of the shaded areas of your tank as well?

I'm pretty sure they are dinos already but I want to make sure that they're not keen on shade.

I'd recommend running carbon/gfo and changing it out frequently as well as turning up skimmer. Another thing you can do is to dose H2O2 or Hydrogen Peroxide.

You might have to look up the dosing...but do not change your water during the time you are battling them as you will keep introducing nutrients they need to thrive.

Corals will be more robust than dinos at this time as well. I believe you can even reduce the lighting but DO NOT siphon them out or you will spread it.

Others may have advice here as well, so I'll let others chime in. The above methods were how I can out ahead in my 75.

Ostreopsis that’s what it looks like to me. I just had this in my tank i Id it with a microscope. I found blackouts won’t kill it all. It was gaining some serious momentum on me within 2 days of 1st seeing it. Installed a 50watt UV that I overnighted from bulk reef supply immediately the problem cleared up. I can’t say with any certainty that I’m in the clear. But I don’t see them anymore. Hope this helps.

Thank you Anthony for your comment. I have a 25W UV coming from BRS as well. It should be here next week. I decided the cloudy water was sufficient reason to try this method -- there is certainly something undesirable in suspension.

I hope you have continued success with your outbreak battle.

For me, the combo of reduced "white" t5 photo period, replacing 2 of coral + with blues, dino x and UV worked. However, now I have a outbreak of bubble algae. Overall, I will take bubble algae over dino any day! I picked up a female emerald crab and she starting going to town on it. The UV should kill any spores that pop and go though it. I have the Aqua UV plumbed right into my return.
