Dinos??

I noticed this a few days ago and it wasn't this bad. I work a 24hr shift for work, and when i came home today, this is what i saw. Is this Cyanobacteria or dinos something else? (I did have a nitrate and phosphate drop for some reason recently). ID would be appreciated!

Second cyano.

Suck some up and squirt through a coffee filter in to a cup. The water will initially be totally clear. If you see "clumps" of stuff after about 15mins, its dinos, if not, its cyano.

Thanks guys! I believe its a dead spot in my tank. I'm going to rearrange my flow patterns!

The few times I've seen it in my tank it was easy to get rid of.
