Dinos?

Under microscope…looks like regular algae and some dinos? Is this enough to be worried about?

I agree with your assessment. The things that aren’t dinos are good. I personally would do nothing unless dinos are causing problems.

Worried? If they are noticeable on your sand and/ or rock, then you’ll need to treat that.
Dino-x I have used for the “golden” type and that worked well.
Ensure both Nitrate and Phosphate are in their respective ranges first, then, dose Dino-X. Mine gone in 6 days, but nutrient levels must be managed first, or, they will return.
We tend to start to see Dinos when nutrients bottom out.

My phos and nitrate were 0 for a while so that’s why I’m assuming they’re out of hand. All over the sand bed

They are all over the sand bed unfortunately. I need to get my nutrients up

Yup, that will summon them.
Agreed, you can dose them up to maybe 5-10ppm nitrate and 0.07-.1ppm phosphate and see what that accomplishes.
Change your socks or mechanical filter media every morning.
If you vacuum, do it just before lights out as they will still be on the sand.
If you want them gone fast, Dino-X worked well for me, 100% removed them after 6 days.
Zero after effects, lost nothing.
