I’m anticipating my first softy frag pack +1 zoa and pretty excited about it. I have a bottle of Coral Rx and a couple of bowls for dip and rinse on standby. Most of the Vendor sites I’ve seen recommend not dipping as they feel it would stress the coral. Some say acclimate temp and plop. If you feel the need to dip, wait 24 hours. That seems like a long time for a potential bug to make a new home in your tank. So there’s conflicting information where many say dip no matter where you get your corals. I’m sure there is some CYA involved in case someone decides to dump a whole bottle of Coral Rx on their frag.
