Anyone every treated with Coral Rx prior to putting in the sump or DT? I am not interested in the copepod population I have tons to repopulate. I am interested in not bringing over any undesirable hitch hikers like flatworms, etc.

Might want to consider a freshwater dip, but couldn't hurt to use CoralRx.

I've seen threads on here with people mentioning that CoralRx said not to because it could harm the chaeto. I would recommend to QT it for at least 2-4 weeks and keep an eye on it if you are worried about unwanted hitchhikers :)

Done. Fine still green. All good

Chaeto is resilient. I have even given it potassium permanganate dips for 15min in fresh water and it didn't phase it. Most macros will withstand dips well. Red ogo may be the exception as it's a bit more delicate. Always test a small portion to be safe though if its expensive.
