completely new to saltwater when dipping corals what water do i use do i use the water it comes with or do i accumulate it with my tanks water and use that or does it not matter

To answer your question directly, "dipping" corals refers to soaking them in a solution designed to stun or kill any pests that may be on the frag before you place it in the tank. Here's a recent video that describes more about it:

Now, all that said, there is also a school of thought that says dipping is too stressful, and it should be skipped and replaced by coral QT. That would mean having a separate tank to hold the corals for a lengthy period of time so that you can check to see if they brought any pests with them.

Then there is the group that believes that you should neither dip nor QT, but just acquire frags from a source you know to be "pest free". These frags go straight into the tank.

Regardless of the approach, what you may also be asking about is how to acclimate corals to your tank water. To do that, you just float the bag until temps equalize, and then remove the coral from the bag and place it in your tank. Most people avoid spilling any of the bag water into their tank, just in case there are any critters swimming in the water.

yea i know that its a solution but you mix it with water i'm wanting to know what water i should mix the solution with the water it comes with or accumulate with the water in my tank and use the water in my tank or does it not matter

In most cases, there won't be enough water in the bag to mix up the proper ratio of dipping solution to water, so you use tank water.
