DIPPING FIRST Batch if coral frags!

First coral purchase boomcorals.com let me just say they look amazing super excited but came with friends it seems!

I’ve read common pests are worms and asterina starfish I’m using Seachem reef dip per directions

Am I correct in assuming these are the aforementioned pests

Holy curse word!!! I’m seeing all kinds of stuff a moving red looking worm all kinds of things crawling around they’ve been in dip for 5 minutes so far

Things opening quickly torch is inflating and growing before my eyes I’m so happy and in awe right now armor of god Palys opening up gsp is becoming neon and flowing on different parts but no polyps coming out this all within 15 min

Definitely dip Every single coral you put in your tank but asternia starfish aren’t pests!! They are great little filters.

Oh awesome good to know! I was going to do a Bayer dip as well but what I got in the mail was liquid and not sure if that is the same or safe.

I don’t care if they have cancer I’m just happy to have coral finally I’ll do it right with quarantine and all next time around when this tank crashes
