I am curious as to what your guys dipping routine is for new corals. I have started a new build and will not be cutting any corners on new coral arrivals.

Everything will go through a strict dipping routine.

Thinking bout going the bayer dip route with multiple wash stations.

I use a 3.5 stage system.
Bayer,
rinse w iodine or peroxide or Revive ,
rinse ,
and a final rinse rest inspection , alge aptasia etc removal and pop of the plug station.

I have 3 2ltr buckets from Costco , 3 super cheap powerheads , and a shallow container.

Then qt.

Temp acclimate by floating
Bayer at 15ml to a 1/2 cup tank water
Cut off plug , into Bayer it goes with small power head
10 minute soak
Rinse in container ..
Then to 3rd container with more clean salt water and small power head
Glue up frag to new plug
Into QT

I want to do iodine. Where do you get yours from?

What you guys do with zoas if they are glued directly to the plug as well? And cant get to the glue?

Same here. After QT I use coralrx then rinse 2x and into display tank.

I have a jewelers loupe (illuminated magnifier) that I can inspect with. I also use hydrogen peroxide on the plug to kill any algae that may be on it. I only do this if it’s very difficult to get off the plug.

That's extremely solid and what I would recommend everybody do.

As for me, I don't have much space so I keep it simple.
0) Remove from plug (most important)
1) Look at frag under high light
2) Put in styrofoam cup with 4ml bayer per cup of water
3) Wait 15 minutes
4) Rinse frag with Salt Water
5) Put in tank

The only pest I ever got was Planaria -- And I got it from Chaeto! I think the 15 minutes in Bayer is what does the trip. You gotta give it time.. 5 minutes isn't enough, 10 might not be enough. So far I've seen nothing survive 15 minutes, but would gladly bump it to 20 if I needed to.
